Bouygues Telecom’s Christmas ad explains the story of a father and his son over the years.
Christmas continues to pay off with well-known publicity campaigns. If the big four played their cards before Black Friday, other brands want to search their site and try to stand out among all the Christmas ads.
This is the case of the French telecommunication brand Bouygues Telecom that explains Christmas in an original, fun and emotional way.
The story begins when a Christmas, a father wants to make his newborn son laugh by dancing “Come and Get Your Love” by Redbone. He sounds the song and starts dancing “in his own way” to have a nice time, and it seems that the boy likes it. As the years pass, the father goes dancing every time the same when the song sounds; each time gives more embarrassment to the kid.
It is not until years later that the boy becomes a father, and he calls his grandfather with his brand new Bouyges phone to show him the song that he has danced so long for his baby. An emotional way to close the family circle and the efforts that parents make to take care of their children.
